Strathaven Airfield's annual Open Day is on Sunday 26th August 2007, during the Strathaven Balloon Festival weekend.

Please come and join us at the airfield on the Sunday afternoon between 1pm and 5pm to see the aircraft, watch a radio-controlled model aircraft display and an amazing power kiting show!

There will be hot food and the Fairtrade group from Strathaven - Scotland's first Fairtrade town - will be selling Fairtrade tea, coffee and cakes.

Entry is free for the public, and there are no landing fees for visiting pilots. But no dogs please.
